The technical team of Dali Auto Equipment traveled all the way to Italy to visit FASEP, a factory with over 50 years of professional experience. They conducted on-site tours, study sessions and special technical training exchanges on wheel balancers, engaged in in-depth alignment with high-end European auto equipment manufacturing technologies, and drove comprehensive upgrades of products and services through technical exchange.

During this exchange trip, the Dali Auto Equipment team toured FASEP’s modern production workshops, R&D centers and precision testing laboratories, observing the full manufacturing workflow of premium wheel balancers on-site — from forging of core components and precision assembly of complete machines to intelligent system commissioning and factory precision verification. The team studied core technologies such as automatic calibration optimization and wheel runout diagnosis, and gained thorough insights into the design philosophies and production standards of cutting-edge European wheel balancing equipment.
For the special training session, senior technical specialists from FASEP delivered systematic, practice-oriented lectures focusing on the working principles, standardized operation, accurate fault diagnosis, equipment maintenance skills and scenario-based adjustment solutions of high-end intelligent wheel balancers. Adopting a dual model of in-depth theoretical lectures plus hands-on on-site practice, team members immersed themselves in state-of-the-art international technologies, tackled key challenges in the application of premium wheel balancing equipment, and comprehensively expanded their professional technical expertise.
